Heather Blowes
Heather Blowes is an individual, couple and family psychotherapist. She has worked in private practice at RGA since 2000.
Heather received her undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University, NY.
Heather is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Heather is also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
Heather’s goal is to provide a warm, safe, friendly environment where individuals, couples and families can discover the process of change. Heather’s areas of speciality are: anxiety, depression, relationships, family dynamics, communication, adolescence, grief, self-esteem, and stress reduction.
Heather uses a variety of therapeutic tools to facilitate change such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, to name a few.
Heather is committed to providing a positive and safe environment to help clients achieve their desired goals.
