With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, I am currently completing a Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. My approach is both academically grounded and empathetically driven.

My primary focus areas include managing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and navigating the complexities of adolescence and early adulthood.
